The document has at the top “corrected” and this poses the question of why such a notation would have been made and, given the many discrepancies with the document, what the word, “corrected,” was intended to explain. The evidence is a copy of the Oath on file. (see copy reproduced on the last page). The Oath is itself evidence of a felony. Anderle is guilty, caught in the act.
A copy of this complaint is being sent to the media, both in Santa Barbara and nationally and to the Office of the Attorney General for the State of California and to all Federal officials who are required by their own Oaths to take action in the matter. Anderle had been elected to positions of trust by the legal community, bringing into question their honor and judgment as well. Since the rectitude and honor of the entire system must now be in question it is essential that this inquiry be open to the greatest possible scrutiny.That this has been allowed to take place must, necessarily, bring much more into question.
The lack of the Oath of Office, a simple requirement intended to ensure compliance with the Code of California, the State Constitution and the Constitution of the United States, has effectively removed accountability for all decisions rendered. No one whose career has been in law can argue ignorance, the facts and bald, glaring. The next question is whether or not Anderle altered the oath and failed to post his bond because he had reason to fear he would be opened up for other charges. Since the part of the Oath Anderle removed was included in the second paragraph it is reasonable to consider the content of that section for indications of what he intended to evade. That section reads,

"And I do further swear (or affirm) that I do not advocate, nor am I a member of any party or organization, political or other wise, that now advocates the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence or other unlawful means; that within the five years immediately preceding the taking of this oath (or affirmation) I have not been a member of any party or organization, political or other wise, that advocated the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of the State of California by force or violence.”

Excising the part of the Oath that makes it actionable to be a member of a party or organization that advocates the overthrow of the government by means political or otherwise, brings Anderle's motives into critical focus. The Grand Jury should scrutinize every part of Anderle's life and that of his family and professional associates and clients.
However, some matters leave no doubt Thomas Anderle, has never been lawfully on the bench of the Superior Court of Santa Barbara, this being his second term, many cases have been decided; Therefore all decisions rendered in every case must be deemed vacated. All litigants who came before him must be notified immediately. At a minimum all cases need to be relitigated. The costs and damages for this fall strictly and entirely on Anderle and on those who were derelict in their duty, acting under color of law. Anderle as an individual and those others who ignored their duty must be held accountable, not the taxpayers. The proof here presented is irrefutable.
The Grand Jury must be called; an investigation undertaken. The oaths of all officials involved must be examined. Are their own Oaths in order?Failure to act in this instance is, itself, actionable.
The Supreme law of the United States is the Constitution. In California it resides in the State Constitution. Ultimately, the government in all of its parts resides in the people; when the honor of any part of the institutions elected by the people are in question, the power to change it is theirs

Thank you for speaking up and making me listen. One thing I have learned is I can not make any decisions when I am sick. As most of you know, my dog, Buck and I have shared a dog virus for months now. I never even knew this could happen, but evidently there are several viruses that can be passed from human to dog and dog to human. Neither Buck nor I have fully recovered from this virus. In my case, my weakened immune system allowed a kidney infection to take hold. That depleted my adrenals resulting in adrenal burnout. I have been fighting my way back to health but for the last several weeks, I have been so sick that I haven't been able to read new things and fully understand them. I have letters from Social Security telling me I owe them $10,000 and ones from Medicare that are so complicated that I feel I need a lawyer to interpret them for me. (I don't owe Social Security $10,000 and I can prove this to them... but it will take days of my time pulling all the information together and if I don't do this in 60 days, they will take this as my agreement that I do owe them $10,000.) During this time of illness for me... as most of you know, FOUR of my computers crashed. My two main ones, and two others that I have in reserve in case something happens to my two main ones. It truly appeared to me that someone had come in on my wireless network. I have been told this is impossible, but there was an HP computer on the network and there is not an HP computer in my house. The only HP I ever owned I had was stolen and none of my HP printers are connected to computers. If this was an attack, I was taken down completely. I was virtually off the internet. I was using a tablet during that time to even read or post on RMN. Thank God for Walmart after Christmas sales. I bought an excellent Acer 4 gig computer for $270.00. It lasted me until I got my iMac working again and one of my Windows repaired. That Windows computer has a number of programs that i use all the time... for making special webpages, images and uploading to the server. Buck's illness started in August. Mine started the Sunday before Thanksgiving and I am still not back to normal. And believe me, I have tried everything known to modern healers. As you know, I have access to the most gifted healers on the planet. I was getting better, but something changed in the Force and I went down again about 10 days ago. It was during this second collapse that First Step began asking me to post what he posted yesterday. I did not have the energy to build a separate webpage as we do for ads. It was my belief that there was going to be a separate page that was linked to by a banner. However, during this time something else happened regarding the way I feel about Melaleuca. In other words, I got TWO messages at the same time and when this happens... I listen. I received an order from Melaleuca. I really love their cleaning products and this is why I joined the company in the first place. I especially love their laundry products and their dish washing products. I also love some of their bar soaps. This is what I usually buy from them. They have a prespot product that has saved more of my clothes than you can believe. Stains that had been set in for years were taken out with this prespot product. Last month, I had failed to place an order and when you fail to do this, Melaleuca sends you what they think you should know about. In other words, they don't take YOUR last back order and just refill it, they put together something... usually new products... and send them to you. This month I received a tube of toothpaste... WITH FLOURIDE in it. I could NOT believe that a socially elevated company was selling toothpaste with flouride in it. I was planning on writing a letter to the President of the company and sending him all of the proof we have here on RMN that flouride is deadly and especially deadly to older folks like me. But then this horrible post was made in the Reading Room by First Step and I decided to just cut my ties with the entire company. As I said, I did not realize when I told him that I was too ill to even be able to interpret what he had written, that he had intended to post what he wrote in the Reading Room. I thought it was going to be an ad banner linked to an offsite page. I had forgotten that he had posting privileges. Yes, it was an ad. All of you are right... it was an ad and as such it should not have been posted in the Reading Room. There are times that I think a certain product is so important that I, or one of our other Admins, will post something that is an ad. Melinda and I just did this regarding the Sleep CDs. Quite frankly, without those Sleep CDs I think my health would be in worse shape than it is. The Sleep CD works to help you sleep, but it also works to help your general health. I have been using it for about a week. Yesterday morning I felt great. I was up at 5am and organized my office that had been torn apart while I tried to find the recovery CD for my iMac. I then gave a three hour lecture on the Templar Prosperity Meditation... and then I attended a meeting at our church that lasted til 10pm. In other words I really thought I had beaten my illness and was on the road to recovery. And then I awoke today feeling as drained of energy as I have been for the two months. Before I went to sleep last night, I read all the emails from RMN Readers. This has taught me that no matter how much pressure I am getting from anyone, that if I am not well and thinking clearly that I will never agree to anything again. The post was never intended to go into the Reading Room. If I gave FirstStep the impression that I was going to post it in the Reading Room, that was my mistake. I should have told him that I didn't have the energy to make a separate webpage and that I had no intention of posting it in the Reading Room. It was a lack of thorough communication on my part. I have learned a valuable lesson. I can not make decisions when I am not feeling well. I apologize for this egregious breaking of the rules for posting in the Reading Room. Because of this, and because this company uses fluoride in their toothpastes, I have ended my relationship with Melaleuca. In the future i will never be involved with another company that is organized in this fashion. The reason that I even agreed to work with Melaleuca is because I have been working with the company founded by one of the brothers who founded Melaleuca. This is the Jerky Direct Company. I love their products. Everyone I know loves their products and you can set yourself up in business for $12.00 a month and have all the tax advantages of a real company. I have been with Jerky Direct for over 10 years and have had no bad experiences at all. I think the brother who owns Melaleuca should take lessons from the brother that owns Melaleuca. The only justification that I gave myself for spending $60.00 a month on Melaleuca products was that I would spend that much anyway on cleaning supplies and they wouldn't be as safe as the Melaleuca products. In light of the very bad experience that has been made public by the post in the Reading Room, I can no longer be part of this company. I've had my reservations about it, but I really do love their cleaning products, and after having Swiffer wet jet cause seizures in my little dog Toby, I knew that I could not have chemical products in my house because of the dogs. No one should be using mainstream chemical products if you have animals, children or the elderly in your house. Because of this I continued to buy Melaleuca because I just didn't have the time to research other healthy and safe products. However, the reaction of my reading audience to the "ad" that was placed by FirstStep was just too much for me to ignore. This many RMN Readers could NOT be wrong. The more emails I read, the more I realized that even I was having reservations about this company. I know that in today's world, I will find products that are just as good and and possibly even more safe for humans and animals. And there will be no strings attached when I do find that company. I was one of the lucky ones who joined before they started and as such have a lifetime membership. I just checked out their household products and I see that I will have no problems finding the things I need to clean my house safely. I just saw that they now have fresh, seasonal fruits. They have not carried fresh foods before. Unfortunately for us Easterners, they are only shipping to the western United States. But if you are like me and have no health food stores in your town... you might consider having them shipped to you if you live in the Western United States. I have about enough energy to handle one crisis a day. The crisis I was going to handle today was my dog Buck. He needs to see the specialist again. Even though he is eating and not losing any more weight (he lost 40 pounds), he has a cough. And now the two little dogs have the same cough. I fear that this virus Buck and I shared may have infected the little ones. My thoughts are all over the place. I apologize for this. And I apologize for not understanding that First Step was going to post an ad in the Reading Room. I truly thought that it was going to just be a banner ad. That framework is in alignment with the spiritual truth that each of us connects to God directly, needing no person or group as an intermediary. To be free is to be free in the spirit and so in the flesh that temporarily holds the spirit. When Thomas Jefferson said we were all possessed of inherent rights, existing before government he was extending a spiritual truth into a civic form. It is that Mission Statement from the Declaration of Independence we need to keep in mind. Because we are free and reject, as did Christ, the use of deceit, manipulation or violence, we need to identify and use other means for organizing ourselves for all purposes. We must be conscious about our relationships with others and find ways to grow into the sense of connection and community that makes us One in Him. This is especially true for Christians but it is true for everyone else as well. All spiritual ways share these values. Nearly every major spiritual viewpoint enunciates the idea that we are connected to each other and should be good to each other. Christians just have an even more exacting mission. Christians are to love every one, treating them as they would Jesus. Jesus was very clear about how we were to treat others. He did not say that it was alright to be abusive, deceitful, and violent if we used government as our tool and agent. There was no exception, He wanted all of our hearts, minds and souls. Christ did not lay out any plan of government, but left it to the conscience of the individual, the same way He connects to each of us. Jesus never said it would be easy. But neither would He have set goals for us that are impossible. We are Americans but we are also members of a human family that connects us to something truly wonderful and immense. So our job here at the Spiritual Politician is to look at Government as a human tool we use every day. Thomas Jefferson said in the Declaration of Independence that government was ours to change. We need to do that. Americans have had many successes over the last 231 years since our founding and, learning from both mistakes and successes we can take up the work and bring America into alignment with the Lessons of Jesus and with the highest visions of all humanity. A Call to Robert Evan (Van) Hughes

His Call for Salvation

• A man is dying. His immortal soul is gravely at risk. He is your neighbor and we are asking you to help him cleanse his soul and so die in the light of God's love.

Dear Fellow Christian,

A group of us have been praying for months now for the immortal soul of a man who is confronting death. Cancer has eaten away his face; he has faced chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgery. He knows that death is breathing down his neck. Normally, as a fellow Christian, you would expect us to ask you to pray for his life and for his salvation, that he might meet his Maker with hope. But the man of whom we write cannot expect that. Even as we pray for him to turn from sin he continues to grasp at the sins that have destroyed him. He is a man who has been damned by his own actions and whose actions threaten to destroy his parents and children as well. Please help him see the light. Help us save him for Christ.

God calls us to account for the gift of life that He gave. In this instance, with this man, Robert E. (Van) Hughes, that gift has been used to feed on others. He has lived a life of shocking deceit, preying on those who trusted him; in so doing he has placed his family at grave risk of prosecution as well. During the course of his criminal activities he used the names of family members most likely without their knowledge. This is a man who will risk anything for profit. He has turned his back on righteousness to indulge the ugliest of impulses. He is filled with sin, ridden with it, and those sins are eating out his soul.

The objective evidence shows that he began while doing estate plans, many of those for elderly people who placed their trust in his honor. We hope and pray that none of those families suffered from his attentions but we have yet to research those estates. But that, too, must be done. As God calls us to account to Him so He demands we serve and protect one another.

Van Hughes has used many pseudonyms. Among those are GLENN EVANS, P. DAVIS, SUMNER STROUT and ROBERT EVAN HUGHES,II. Other names are still appearing. He did 'business' that was clearly thinly veiled crime under the corporate names of Commerce Capital Group (CCG), AGIS VENTURES (AGIS), PRIMARY ASSET HOLDING CORP. (PRIMARY), TRIDENT CAPITAL PARTNERS (TRIDENT), Xpedian, also spelled Expedian, among others. Hughes has been on this path for many years and harmed many yet unaware. Even as you pray for him be aware of those he may yet harm. Van Hughes is a man filled with arrogance and an overweening sense of entitlement.

According to those whose legal cases and stories are up on line Van has been evading the truth about himself for a long time.

Van Hughes' corporate ventures were very different than the high level business deals he reported each of us, to his friends and family at home. Those corporate ventures included 'adult entertainment' and other questionable activities, occurring before Hughes was forced into hiding by his predations.

Blocked from larger outlets Hughes began to issue fraudulent stock to poor people who believed in him. In so doing he put single mothers and their disabled children at risk of their lives.

Hughes bankrupted one young man and his fiance, just 22, putting them literally on the street after enticing them to relocate hundreds of miles to work for him. After months of hard work and 18 hour days Hughes kicked them out, refusing to pay what they were owed. The same young man, never paid a penny, had loaned Hughes $6,000.00 from their tiny savings. Promised stock in what proved to be a company barred from trading was never issued.

Another man, driven to find paying work after writing software for Hughes while living on his couch for a year, left his truck and $100,000 worth of equipment with Van, who promised to care for it. Within months Hughes was no longer returning his calls. Returning to Charlotte in an attempt to find Hughes the man was forced to file a police report and posted this online. The same man had been promised stock in the company for which he was providing coding. The stock promised was never delivered and Hughes was legally proscribed from having offered it because of his theft of stock while in a position of trust with Global Transnet Corp. The man, a highly qualified computer expert, remains uncompensationed. He also loaned Hughes $23,000.00.

Aware of the legal ramifications Hughes never issued the required stock certificates to anyone, including that stock given to relatives.

Hughes adopted a pattern of behavior. He persuaded his victims to move from their homes to work for him. He never paid them. Instead he borrowed their savings leaving them destitute and homeless. We discovered in comparing notes that this was his consistent pattern. Introduced to friends and associates he worked to victimize them as well. He even tried to persuade one of us to introduce him to Ron Paul so he could take advantage of the presidential candidate's popularity.

Hughes consistently stole from those who trusted him; he borrowed money, promising immediate repayment, from people he knew to be near poverty. The list of victims grows ever longer as we make more inquiries.

Time and time again Hughes has betrayed those who trusted him. He has forced the most needy to live without basic necessities.

In some cases this went on for years. While demanding they work for him he unashamedly made money from their uncompensated labor. One of his victims found the work she had done, writing his business plan and promotional material, on the website for Valley Grande Golf Course where you might play. Hughes developed the course and housing to benefit his parents. The woman who did the work was never paid as much as a penny. She had invested $10,000.00 in the venture but never received the stock for which she spent her last savings. When she asked for it she was threatened.

Robert Evan (Van) Hughes continues to ignore his victims. Those victims have now taken legal action. Those actions are now going forward and will strip from Hughes all he still possesses, baring his crimes to the courts.

Hughes knows this. Near death he has been unable to change course. He continues to spend tens of thousands of dollars on his own care while pursuing plans to flee the country with his ill-gotten gains. By so doing he both sinks deeper into a morass of crime and ignores this immediate danger to his own soul. How could any man do this, you ask yourself? Therein is the danger. This is a man lost to God, connected only by a single thread to his essential humanity. He has told so many lies that nothing else is left.

His victims are otherwise. Instead of losing ourselves in anger, we, his victims, came together to pray for direction. It was an agonizing process but profoundly healing. We saw our duty. God demands from each of us accountability to each other. Only then can we be healed.

Van must be held accountable but we continue to pray that he will reach into his soul and find God. As people of faith we believe he can yet be healed in the body and in the soul – if he takes this step. Simply do right; confess and repent. In writing this letter we ask for your help – for Van Hughes. Help him see himself as he is.

Christ called on us to care for our brothers and the greatest danger Van Hughes faces today is not death; we all die. He faces the annihilation of his soul if he fails to confront his own life, so wrongly lived. His family faces shame, possible criminal charges with him, and other horrifying consequences.

Next time you approach the solace and comfort of prayer hold in your mind and heart Van Hughes that he might be saved. Pray for him. Call and ask him to repent. His number is 704-576-5335. Pray also for his parents, Ann and Billy Hughes of Valley Grande, Alabama and for his four children, Robert, Ashley, Lindsey, and Austin. They will need your prayers, your love, and your support.

Let Van's parents know you are praying for their beloved son and for them. Share your concerns and express your sympathy. Their shame and grief will be overwhelming when they understand what their son has done. They are good and decent people. You can reach them at home, 334-874-4998.

Christ calls us to live transparently so that the light of love might shine into the deepest part of our souls and find no darkness therein. Be in the light and with God always.

Saturday, April 20th - Paul called Van's parents, informing them of the charges being filed and asking for their help in bringing Van to righteousness. He said they sounded resigned. We know they are hurting. Please treat them with love.

Saturday, April 20th - Van called Gina and threatened to sue her. She listened to him rant for a long time and then, when she was fed up, Van refused to disconnect.
